Update 12/10/2021: The temp has dropped so far that the meter is reading 30.2 degrees and I'm not sure what temp range is 30, 2 is displayed. But there's definitely the range somewhere between 29 and 32 degrees, which reads as 30.2. It does what I really need, so I can live with those minor hiccups, but if you need accuracy in that area, you might want to look at other options. First review: The outside temperature sensor seems to work when used indoors. Used outdoors and hung on a hook where the electronics were outside, the sensor gets stuck at 30.2 degrees at a temperature of 32 degrees. When I put the probe in the freezer with the electronics on the outside of the freezer, it reads 18 degrees. If I hang the sensor with the electronics box in front of the window in the house, the sensor shows 30.2 degrees again. The sensor is connected to the network and the timestamps are changing. It cannot be that the outside temperature from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. is exactly 30.2 degrees. The fact is that in the short time it took me to move the sensor from the street to the window, a temperature of 46 degrees was measured at 7 in the morning. As soon as I stick the probe through the window and close it so the electronics box is in the house and the probe is outside, it immediately reads 30.2 degrees again. The sensor had firmware version 0407 so I updated the firmware to 0408 which was the latest version. It didn't help. I did a factory reset. It didn't help. The sensor appears to be stuck at 30.2 degrees for any near-zero temperature. Maybe the problem is just in my block. Calibration might help, but the only calibration option suggested is the current temperature offset, so I can't imagine this would do anything other than add the offset to 30.2 and stick with 30.2 + offset. I will now monitor the temperature gauge. So far I am not satisfied with the sensor. The other 2 YoLink room temperature sensors I have work fine. However, this doesn't seem to be working properly. I will update this review if the situation changes.
