I don't quite understand how I've been tasked with teaching toddlers some of the basics before they start formal swimming lessons, but I've been teaching since I was a teenager. I only teach the family. We had a new niece in the summer and I started with her when she was 4 months old. Before I reach about 2 years I work with them. Btw, my sister has a heated pool (temperature adjustable) and we live in the south so we're both warm. lol hold her and she will feel it. It is 15 inches high/long, 10.8 inches wide, 1.2 inches thick and weighs 8.8 ounces. You will be able to use this for several years. The entire board is non-slip. There are finger ridges on the sides for an easier grip and finger grooves on the handles. She's too young to understand, but the goal is to get her used to the water in a safe way. This board will be a useful tool for their learning.
