I only ordered it to take home, but it's definitely thick enough to wear comfortably to the gym. The V-neck might be a little less fitness-friendly if you have big boobs like me, but it's very cute. My only complaint is that I don't really like the shade of orange; If you look at my last photo you can see it's a lighter pastel neon orange color, I was expecting something darker. It's not very flattering at the bottom so I'm definitely ordering a black set and will probably mix and match. For reference, I'm 5ft 1in, 150lbs, 36DD, and I ordered a large one.
