I ride my road bike in the city. These tires are great. A real upgrade from Kenda and other popular tires that fit 27x1.4 rims. I like that these tires can handle higher pressure for a harder ride. They hold up well and have made my commute and commute more comfortable. I can really recommend them. I have them on a Panasonic Sport 500 from the 80's. You look great too. I love rubber band walls for that vintage look. It took me over a year, maybe almost two, to finally blow my whistle. I usually buy cheaper tires, but that little extra means less maintenance and more inner tubes. Conclusion: Great tires for commuting.
