It was packaged cheaply in a semi-rigid/flexible plastic box but the worst thing was that the individual balls were not separated at all. This caused them to rub against each other during transport and much of the red paint rubbed off. So it looks dirty, covered in red paint, and some of the red lines are permanently broken. I am very disappointed and would neither recommend nor buy this product again. I thought it would look like a super mint candy. I have an expensive high end white faux tree and my old white decorations don't look good on it and I chose a gold and red theme for the white tree so that should work just fine. It doesn't look like an actual poor quality item but it was sent so casually and carelessly that the item arrived in poor condition and I am very disgusted by that. Do not buy this item! Came in poor condition due to poor packaging. Such an object had to be well protected with cardboard, plastic or paper so that it didn't rub against each other during transport and didn't reach the buyer with the paint peeling off. Don't buy this. Not worth it and you will be very disappointed. If a manufacturer doesn't think ahead or well enough about their product to invest in packaging materials and the time to pack it properly, they should at least have the decency to charge a tenth of the asking price. I have no plans to purchase more of this item. I was outraged.
