Review on 🔥 Dynomax Super Turbo 17743 Exhaust Muffler: Unleash Power with Enhanced Performance by Michael Walker

Custom exhaust with 3" pipes, 3" catalytic converter and this muffler. Sounds great, a bit louder than a cold air intake (you can't hear cold air anymore). If I were to do it again I would choose the thrush version instead (same company, the thrush version has a fiberglass gasket, this is not). As far as gas mileage goes, since it's louder I hit the gas a little softer, I suppose that's a big part of my gain. I also suspect that any gas consumption or performance gain is minimal. It's not a blower. This exhaust is quieter at idle and cruising, but really comes alive at higher rpm. On an exhaust, the V-8 seems to hum at 2400 rpm or something—but not bad, and certainly not a Flowmaster. Poorly.
