I gave 3 stars because the manufacturer's website didn't even recognize the model, when I searched for the driver update. The case read my 500GB Samsung SSD with no problems, but didn't work with the older PNY 120GB SSD. from the box. I used this case and a 500 byte Samsung SSD as a Windows 10 recovery boot disk on a laptop where I swapped hard drives and it worked fine. Since Windows 10 only needed 32GB for a recovery drive, I tried using a 120GB PNY SSD to create a Windows recovery drive for my tower PC. That's when I encountered the drive problem.
