The best thing about this software is that it allows me to access my tickets from any device with an internet connection which makes things very easy when I am managing multiple clients in different locations at once! It also has many helpful features such as being able create surveys within our system so we can track client satisfaction easily without having them fill out paper questionnaires every time they visit us (which are always thrown away!).
There isn't anything too bad really but sometimes certain pieces don’t work properly or load quickly enough - some buttons do not appear until after you have already clicked something else causing errors if there's no way back up your page/ticket etc.. Some functions could be improved overall though like how long its taking between screens loading / pages refreshing & making changes take longer than necessary because i'm using my phone instead of computer screen maybe? Nothing major.
