Excellent support staff, attentive customer service

We were able to create customized forms that allowed our clients to quickly upload their documents to the system. The software is very intuitive and easy to use. I have not found anything that I dislike about the product or the company. It's been great working with the DataTrax team. They are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure we get what we need! They've also been incredibly responsive and quick to address any issues or concerns we may have. Easy ticket booking and customer service

The best thing about this software is that it allows me to access my tickets from any device with an internet connection which makes things very easy when I am managing multiple clients in different locations at once! It also has many helpful features such as being able create surveys within our system so we can track client satisfaction easily without having them fill out paper questionnaires every time they visit us (which are always thrown away!). There isn't anything too bad really but…

Great Product - Easy Integration: DataTrax Technologies

I like that tickets are organized right in our back office instead of being printed at home or by hand entering them each time they're received -- it also helps to organize payments as well so we can do an entire check list within one program which is great! Very few issues with this product other than perhaps some minor bugs but nothing major just be prepared your customers will want everything taken away once its not their favorite tool anymore :) Our support staff does work very fast though…
