good and pleasant to swallow with water or other mixture.

i love this brand, my doctor nutritionist and trainer told me 2 things about glutamine- 1- if i had to choose ONE supplement, glutamine would be the most important. and 2- NEVER take glutamine capsules (which I have taken before). They said it was unlikely to give me the right amount I needed due to mixing it with other substances (the FDA doesn't regulate dietary supplements so they can claim you've been 10lbs a day and whatnot for 20 years always lose, and it's LEGAL). Therefore, trusted brands are crucial. After research I trust this brand, it is tasteless and water soluble. Too bad he came with a shovel.
