Works well. One of my AC valves was pointing down and was in such a position that I couldn't use the tool when the AC line was attached to the car. Therefore, check the position of the air conditioning valves. You may want to spend a few bucks more and get an "O-ring" kit in case you need to remove one end of the air conditioning line to replace the Schrader valve. The mating surfaces of your air conditioning lines are made of aluminum, and aluminum is a very soft metal. So when you put the A/C line back into the car, don't over tighten or you'll strip the aluminum threads. Just gently tighten them with extra torque. Let the rubber O-ring do its job. In this case, mobility is more important than muscles.
