It's easy for customers to use our product, as it was designed by them! They like how quick they can get up-and-running with ExoPraise, without having to learn all of its features. The support team has been very responsive recently; there are never any long wait times when I call in. There aren't too many "gotchas", but if you do run into one, it doesn't take much time at all to resolve. We're using ExoPraise internally (on premise) as well as externally (in the public cloud). Both provide us with excellent value, so we haven't really seen anything stand out yet. For internal monitoring, it does what it says on the tin - no more logging in to multiple applications separately each day. Instead, everything gets logged into an aggregated view which makes it easier to identify issues.
