Exoprise CloudReady Review

I like how easy it was for my IT department, who hadn't used any type of monitoring software before this product came along (which they had asked about), just plugging into one system with lots of info available at our fingertips! It's not perfect but we have been able use information very quickly, which has helped us manage security issues more proactively than previous methods. It's easy for customers to use our product, as it was designed by them! They like how quick they can get up-and-running with ExoPraise, without having to learn all of its features. The support team has been very responsive recently; there are never any long wait times when I call in. There aren't too many "gotchas", but if you do run into one, it doesn't take much time at all to resolve. We're using ExoPraise internally (on premise) as well as externally (in the public cloud).
