I found OWC's tutorial videos online before deciding to choose their product for my needs. The combination of video and all-inclusive package (including tools, microfiber cloth, etc.) was perfect. They also preformatted the hard drive before shipping, so all I had to do was restore it from my Time Machine backup. The installation took about 45 minutes from start to finish. The end result is a great overall experience and for about $100 I got no life from a 10 year old machine that I paid $3000 for! A win!
