Review on Mr Heater F232017 Indoor Safe Portable by Derek Dolla

I decided this more expensive Mr. Heater Buddy, the cheaper model, had a delay in delivery and needed it for my upcoming trip to Telluride. It was mid-September, my boyfriend and I were vacationing there for the annual blues and beer festival. We were expecting glorious days from the low to mid 70s, which we were blessed with, but overnights dipped into the high 30s with a nice frost one morning. To be honest, I had two opinions. If we don't need it I'll ship it back in a box OR if it doesn't work over 7000ft I'll ship it back. It turned out to be what we needed, and it worked perfectly at 8600 feet. I will eventually keep it. I can extend my hiking season by buying at least a month or two in the spring and fall here in New Mexico. And it would be very useful on those rainy days when it can be cold and humid even in summer. Maybe weekends in winter. I am considering buying a case for it. The job was super easy and super efficient. It goes through small propane tanks. As per the instructions not to use it while sleeping, we used it in the morning before sunrise and in the evening before bed. Probably less than 3 hours a day; 2.5 canisters were used up in 5 days. Not that bad, really. You can choose a separate tank adapter and think about a bigger tank. I have a baby pool that I will be using at night in the future, but since you MUST keep it outside I'll probably just stick with the mini. That's it. Couldn't be happier.
