This is one of the worst purchases we have ever made. It s cheap. The handle is about 1 1/2 inches from the actual reservoir. So. You have to push hard on the tank and then it COULD be flushed out. Without all the events that take place, we would have reached a large hardware store. No - we should have tried to use that useless piece of c#%!¥• plastic. It didn't even include all the details. So disappointed, and now we have to figure out how to find and replace a working one again. Note: This is on a 3 year old toilet that accidentally broke the handle. It should be an easy replacement and functional.
