Do not buy this cable. An inner core is missing over the braided throttle cable. As stated in the previous poster, it's stiffer than the OEM cable and doesn't fit very well through the firewall, connector sizes are too big. We actually had to file some holes in the firewall and throttle body mount to mount them (I know that was my first tip for not using this thing). The cable's stiffness is drag, and the drag is so great that when you release the throttle, the throttle stays open momentarily. I felt it was a potentially dangerous situation. I ended up going to a local shop and stripped a wire from a '98 Cherokee, it works really well. A very long pair of pliers with a curved end will help you here. Your life and safety depend on the correct function of this cable, while driving in traffic, using factory equipment, new or used, do not play with this thing.
