Review on Engie Connect by Justin Early

This software is a complete disaster! It's a nightmare to set up and to use. When we tried to install it we were presented with an error message saying that "The installer could not be started because it was unable to read from the file." No other information given. We went back to the original website and looked around a bit more, and sure enough, the software was listed as being compatible with Windows XP and Vista (but not Windows 7). So we tried installing it on our computer running Windows 7 64-bit and we received the same error message. And so we did the same thing again, but this time with the exact same results. We're guessing that it has something to do with the fact that the software needs.NET Framework 2.0 or higher, but I'm not sure.
