Everything about the product satisfied me, the price is perfect.

According to first impressions, it was done soundly, and will last a long time (this is why I took it)

Everyone criticizes the software for setting buttons, which I do not understand
if you buy such devices, then it is assumed that all the same in trouble with the computer, and should be able to understand the interface to configure this device

It takes a little getting used to all the additional buttons

in the latest models they began to put magnetic latches, which is quite convenient

It is also not clear why the wheel is scolded, supposedly too loud
and its not smooth rotation

Pros

Well sits in the hand Pleasant to the touch the software has support for Discrod, OBS and Overwolf, which is quite convenient, but I did not have time to try it out, I purchased it for other purposes I did not notice a delay that will be unpleasant / noticeable for games Enough additional buttons for comfortable work in VS Code (useful but inconvenient keyboard shortcuts)
