Very, very fragile.
The knives are very sharp but VERY fragile. My wife was cutting a pumpkin and the blade just broke. It wasn't a hard gourd. OK. 2 month follow up: Now the 2nd knife broke while cutting the chicken breast. Each changed to two stars.
