I like the fact that it can be used to monitor both volatile & non-volatile compounds, which makes it ideal for use in many different industries. The software also presents all data in a user-friendly manner, making it easy to interpret. It's also relatively inexpensive compared to other systems out there, so that's always a plus! I dislike how certain aspects of the program are not as intuitive or have more steps than other systems we've used. For example, when you're selecting your instrument set up, you have to go through several steps to get to the actual option you want. This could perhaps be made simpler if you had a drop down menu where you could select from all available options right off the bat. We're using this to monitor volatile emissions from our facility, and it has been very useful. It allows us to identify any trends in our emissions over time, and even provides an estimate of the amount of VOCs being emitted.
