It's really beautiful! I've always wanted to incorporate the hoola hoop into my routine, but I can't do it to save my life. Laugh! This intrigued me because the hoop is closer to the body and the weighted ball gives me an idea of what I need from my body. This makes more sense than a simple hula hoop. There are many such smart hula hoops to choose from. I chose this one because it mentions the waist measurement that fits it (21.65-49 inches) which as a taller girl I needed to know. So many don't mention it and they lost sales. I hit the top of this range and decided to give it a try. It's wearable! The first thing that struck me is that this is a durable product that feels great. Mostly plastic, but not in the "cheap" form. He feels strong and powerful. I was able to assemble it very easily. The ball and cord slip out when you want to play with it without triggering it. It slides back very easily. All I really had to do was add an extended link to fit my body. Everything snaps into place and then snaps into place. Takes up very little space so storage is not a problem. Make sure you have enough space to use it. Once that ball starts flying around your body, you definitely need to be aware of your surroundings (pets and kids included!). So not just the width around you for the ball to come out, but the extra room to allow your hips to move and move around in general. I can take it outside when I walk my dogs. You can snoop around the yard while I stretch. A few minutes here and there adds up! I can only practice for a few minutes at a time, but it's quite a lot of fun! Much better than any of my attempts at making a regular hoola. It's actually like I'm doing something that gets results. I haven't tried it on my arm and personally I don't think I will. I avoid adding weight to the parts of the body that are farther from the center. This is a god for me to use on my waist. 5 stars because it is as described and it is a reliable product. I really didn't know what to expect and this is a genuine product and not a cheap one. It will be an interesting addition to my usual work.
