I use these to replace thumb screws on GoPro mounts that I use for lights. I like they give a streamlined, cleaner look, The lights are adjusted only once so I don't need handles sticking out! They're black so they blend with the black mounts. I have also (not mastered) painted these to a red anodized look. However you can tighten but can't torque these down. The hex will slip before you can torque it to 5nm, but are tight enough they will not loosen after a few months & are still tight.
