Review on SEVENSTAR US EU 50-1600W AC World Travel Voltage Converter Adapter: SS1650 by Nate Mims

A few months before our trip to Ireland we ordered 2 sets of these universal adapters. Since we live in the USA, we didn't have the opportunity to test the devices before we left. When we arrived we went straight to our B&B and unpacked. When we tried to use the device the next morning, we found that one of the devices worked and the other didn't. As soon as we got home I wrote to the company to explain all this; I am not asking for a refund, just wanting to know how we can repair a unit. Here is the answer I got from these people: Unfortunately we can't. This order has expired 30 days. Even if you email us within 30 days that the product doesn't work, we would take it back. It's too late now. Beware of this company as they are not responsible for their product.
