I installed Atlant on the Hyundai Grand Starex without outside help on the aerodynamic arches. The advantages of boxing are as follows. 1. Two aluminum profiles along almost the entire length at the bottom from the outside, recessed into the longitudinal stiffeners. Fastening screws pass through these profiles and the stop of the clamping bars inside the box during tightening falls not on the pure plastic of the bottom (as with most manufacturers), but on the plastic under which the profiles pass. 2. Adjusting the position of the clamping bars for the distance between the arcs is not done by drilling holes in the bottom, but by free movement in long cuts sealed withrubber seals, which is very important when using the box on different cars with different distances between the arcs (there is more than one car in the family who wants to it will be enough to ride with him). 3. The front part of the box is reinforced inside with a metal crossbar between the longitudinal profiles of the bottom, that is, the load will lie on it in the front part and the nose of the box will not fall under load. 4. The lock snaps into place very softly, a slight pressure is enough in the places of the loops. The key can be pulled out only when the striker plate hits all four loops. 5. Length and volume - I put three pairs of skis in cases of 180 and 170 cm, which took up half the box in width and you can still easily put a lot of things on top. Thecomver 180 lay down on the edge of the box along the length very close, if you put it in the middle - there is still a margin of 5-7 cm. The car is high, I had to buy a ladder for 3 steps - with my height of 189 cm, I get things from the far edge. It holds securely on standard mounts, but I additionally ordered LUX fasteners on brackets (art. 791194). The opening is double-sided, the lid "plays" as expected. Hinges and car lifts - plastic, however, like more famous brands. It's too early to judge the reliability, but it seems to be done soundly.
