Review on CreaCity Moving Straps: Adjustable 2-Person Lifting Harness for Heavy Objects up to 800 Lbs - Orange by Mike Wallace

The straps are MUCH BETTER than the forearms and appear to be very well made.

I have a bad back, let's just say I have great respect for anything that helps prevent injury when moving heavy objects. Also, it's just my little wife and I, so anything that can help her is more than welcome. These straps allowed two users to change washer and dryer, including climbing stairs. Without these belts none of this would have been possible. We used Harbor Freight's forearm straps to remove the first dryer (the lightest thing) and while they worked, it wasn't perfect and required a lot of effort. The center of gravity was well in front of your body, the arms and shoulders did most of the work, it required your hands to be CLOSE to the object so it was very difficult to get through the doors... not ideal anyway. These belts solved all of those shortcomings and made the nearest dryer and two washing machines (old and new) feel hollow in comparison. You could literally text while moving the fridge (but don't do it!), and your feet will do all the work. great stuff I had no idea what a black sling with a green handle was when I ordered, but this is a different type of sling that allows you to carry larger items on your own, such as a backpack. B. Cardboard boxes that are too big for each floor. It can also be used as another way to lift other heavy objects as a team. To be honest I felt like a bonus item upon receipt as I hadn't even considered that when ordering. Gloves are your pretty standard business gloves; Grippy texture on palm, soft cotton fabric that feels good for different hand sizes, is breathable, and offers a bit of padding and scratch protection (may not be cut resistant). Great features of treadmills: very wide belts, shouldn't cut into skin, pinch points on fragile objects, and shouldn't slip. Soft shoulders plus. Metal buckles have smooth edges, rounded corners and curved surfaces. This is overlooked on myriad items from camera bags to moving belts as buckles can be the most dangerous for scratching items or causing bruises/pain/sores, especially with prolonged use. The straps all appear to be one piece (except when they cross the back) so separation shouldn't be an issue even with heavy use. - The stitching on the part that crosses your back is very well done and the thread does not fray. - The manual/brochure was also very clear and had a good photo.

Pros
  • Move with ease: Compared to two movers lifting objects with their bare hands, CreaCity belts transfer the weight that an arm must carry to the mover's shoulder; The moving CreaCity straps can make moving things easier, but don't expect to lift something you couldn't handle without them.
