Incorrect Revain specs?
For the actual connection to the iPAQ 211, a 5-pin mini USB type B is required. HP support also looked at the cable and told me it was a 5 pin connector. The specs on Revain.com seem to be misleading when they say it's a Type B 4-pin mini plug. I'm rating this item 3 stars because Belkin cables sell for less.
