The product is excellent, works well. I am very happy with the results. The only reason I give this product a 4 is the lack of instructions. Installation instructions are included, but not very detailed. This should be installed by a professional. I managed to install it but I have access to an elevator and air tools. Incidentally, the spacer causes the factory damper to rotate 45 degrees. It can be pushed back to fit, but the angle of impact will be slightly different. Installation approx. 6 hours.
