First class product. All parts were included except for the Loctite. Installation would have been easy if I had a regular shop, but I did it in the driveway and at night. The only thing I would ask is that the instructions emphasize the importance of loosening the ABS wire clamps. I overworked mine which caused a couple of lights on the dash to break and come on. All my fault. Now I know better. Hope this helps someone else.

Parts arrived on time, quality and finish was fine, installation as easy as any top seal. The problem is that the claimed 2 inch travel was just over 2 1/2 inches. Put me higher in front than I wanted. To be fair I installed the 2 1/2" (given to me) which they increased by 3" first. Finished 1 3/4 inches which gave me only about 2 inches of the slight front bottom slope I was looking for. All were different brands. Manufacturers seem to lack precision.

The product is excellent, works well. I am very happy with the results. The only reason I give this product a 4 is the lack of instructions. Installation instructions are included, but not very detailed. This should be installed by a professional. I managed to install it but I have access to an elevator and air tools. Incidentally, the spacer causes the factory damper to rotate 45 degrees. It can be pushed back to fit, but the angle of impact will be slightly different. Installation approx. 6…

I started the installation process today and it took me 4 hours. Inserted passenger side with no problems. I will be fitting it on the driver's side and understand that the holes on the other spacer were drilled incorrectly! Then I had to remove the passenger side, because of course you can't drive with just one. What a waste of my time! Then I see that my returns window closed yesterday, August 27th! The product does what it promises. Settled with a friend and day off. It's not an easy thing to install. I recommend taking it to become a pro. You have to compress the spring to rotate the damper. Those who say you don't need it don't realize the stress a spring goes through just from being twisted.
