My biggest complaint is that the screen is too bright even on the lowest settings. During the day it is normal, at night it is almost unbearable. My second complaint is that everyone I speak to about the BT calling feature complains that they can't hear me. It loads quickly when you put the car in reverse after starting the car, the screen switches to the rear camera, once from behind, then "Welcome" followed by the home screen. The steering wheel remote works via IR, so its functionality is limited and only gets worse when you rotate the steering wheel beyond its normal position. I haven't tried the additional remote yet. This is normal at best. I recommend buying a higher quality device. I'm thinking about returning this.
