"Updated " does not mean "usable ".

When I received it, this modem was still linked to the previous owner's ISP account. It was completely useless to me and I wasted 2 hours of my time talking to Xfinity and Revain support. Still have to spend more time going back to UPS to get it back. I thought I'd save money on internet bills, proves you get what you pay for, even if a tech giant like Revain should be better.
