Item had visible scratches when opened. Instructions are not included with this product. Basically, I've watched enough installation videos to understand the concept of installation. I had to adjust the hose so I could put it on the weir. Water flowed from the faucet even after I unscrewed it and put it back on again. I had to put a plastic bag over the faucet to keep the water from spilling everywhere. I ordered an electronic PH balance to test water. The PH has never changed. I also ordered PH drops to check if the electronic PH scale is wrong or if the machine is not working properly. No customer service. I plan to try again before I come back. After 48 hours of using this product I am very dissatisfied and do not recommend this product.
