Review on Upgrade Your Audio Experience with Samsung Galaxy Buds+ Plus: True Wireless Earbuds with Improved Battery and Call Quality in White, including Wireless Charging Case and Velvet Pouch. by Amphai Sangchang ᠌

I'm a little disappointed, not a good buy.

Purchased at the official Samsung store in Belyaevo a month ago. They didn't let me listen in the store for hygienic reasons. The hysteria with the pandemic has not yet begun. On the 27th day of work, the right earpiece began to sound significantly quieter than the left one (several times). In the evening of the previous day everything was OK. Put it in a charging case. In the morning I took it out and found a surprise. Resetting settings didn't help. Service centers are closed for quarantine. On the Samsung website, I did not receive a response from a specialist. Apparently on self-isolation and answering questions is dangerous. I did not expect such low reliability from the brand and such an attitude towards customers. Samsung technology has never let me down before (there was a Series 9 new laptop, a Watch Active 2 watch, a Tab 6S tablet, Note family smartphones, and even an NX3000 camera). The previous Bose headphones (overhead, also BT) worked for 5 years. But in winter I fell into an ice hole (the fishermen did not mark, and the thin ice was covered with snow) and they ended up in the water. After that, they began to make noise in the off state and quickly discharged. So I decided to replace. And very disappointed. In short, I do not recommend buying. And again I listen to Bose. Even after the polynya, they sound much better. And with the same volume. They will open service centers, I will try to repair Buds +. Then I'll give Ramstein to my son to listen to.

Pros
  • Bought to replace old Bose and for cycling. The overlays are not suitable under a bicycle helmet. Advantages: 1. Appearance 2. Wireless charging 3. Long working time 4. Maintainability (according to rumors, but this is not accurate)
Cons
  • 1. Sound. Good for pop and rock. The basses do not jam everything and the drums are distinguishable. Jazz and blues are already annoying. High-frequency noise with a large difference in volume, especially on male vocals. It's impossible to listen to the classics. Chattering at low volume. Equalizer doesn't help. The tenor chokes and hisses against the background of the wind instruments. The violin is deaf. The scene is not felt. Compared to Bose, like a children's synthesizer with a built-in speaker, compared to a concert grand piano. 2. Management (ergonomics). a) When stuck into the ears and rotated for secure fixation (otherwise they fall out), with a 90% probability a single click on the touch panel occurs. With a probability of 30% double click. When listening to an audiobook, this is a transition to the next chapter. You have to take out your phone and look for the necessary position. b) If BT was turned off on the phone when the headphones were taken out of the case, they will not automatically connect when BT is turned on. It will be necessary to launch Galaxy Wear and wait 10 seconds for the connection. c) If you take one earphone out of the case, but the second is not and close the case, then you will have to return the first one to the case, close it and wait at least 7 seconds to use both headphones. Just getting a second one is not enough. d) The Labs function of adjusting the volume by touching the edge of the earphone works at 10%. 3. The rattling sound of a GSM conversation. Like in a metal barrel. When talking through Viber or Trueconf, everything is fine. 4. Periodic sound wandering between the headphones even in the absence of external interference. The forest, there is no mobile network, the phone is in the inner pocket of the jacket at a distance of 50 cm from the headphones. 5. With any, even a weak wind, the interlocutor asks: "Where is such a wind? You are almost inaudible." I take out my phone, turn off the headphones and the wind miraculously subsides. 6. Finding a dropped earphone by sound on the street is difficult. Too quiet and complex sound. 1000 Hz beep would be better. Alas, there is no flickering LED. Searched in the grass for five minutes. Fell out while tying the lace. Those. I was literally looking under my nose.
