I like that its very user friendly for both employees who use it daily as well those in customer service roles who interact via phone or chat to our customers. The system isnt all inclusive though so you need more addons such us live appointment management if needed which would save much time! If we could have an integrated CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ) then this product does take away any worry about tracking down clients info when they call into your office. We were always finding old emails but now using ECP there's no issue at all even after emailing past records from 3 years ago! The ease of use and the variety of features available. I’ve been using this for over 2 years now and it has never let me down. It is very easy to use and I haven’t encountered any issues so far. Sometimes it can be slow at times but that is usually just a matter of not having enough resources to do something more efficiently. If you need an all in one solution then there is no better choice than e-courier. We have had nothing but success with this software.
