When I bought this polisher/sander I wanted a cordless tool with more torque and slower speeds without stopping and I also needed it to be able to use 1-1/4" 2" and 3" wheels but they all have a 5/8" mandrel and this tool has a 10mm x 1.5mm pitch so they come with a drill adapter that I put in the Lathe stuck so I can make a change. and from this came the prefect. I need this so I can sand the plastic without generating a lot of heat so the plastic doesn't melt and the peeled off paint doesn't stick the sanding discs, as you can see in my video, worked great, the paint came off effortlessly. The problem is, and as you can see in the video, there are no marks on the plastic. I've always bought Makita or Milwaukee. I've always loved how they fill, are well balanced and durable and look great, but now that I've bought the Kimo brand I'll keep this brand in mind for my next tool purchase.
