I chose this tool for my detailing company. I like to combine the wash step with the claybar step, but since it's water it's almost impossible to pull out on a corded polisher with a synthetic clay pad. So here comes this handy tool. It comes with a 4 inch base plate which fits my clay mat perfectly and with a little thought I wiped my hands to avoid damaging the tool and was able to get it out fairly easily. Very happy so far. with me when I need it. I have a car wash membership so I can take it with me and fix any problems after I wash it. When I first tried it it did a great job buffing out a few small scratches on my car. I started with a wool buff but then switched to a wavy sponge, which I found worked better with the Turtle Wax cutting paste I used. All items in the bag including the bag are of good quality. Overall I am very happy with my new Kimo. , that's exactly what I wanted.

This seems like a great tool, although when I first used it I felt it lacked in power. I charged it but it didn't help. Understand why?
