I was lucky enough to get a bad speaker in the box. They replied very quickly and sent a new one. They wanted the bad guy to come back to find out why it failed and not only were they very apologetic and helpful, they were very kind, outgoing and extremely helpful. I feel like this is a quality company and I will definitely do business with them again. With this system you can connect speakers to the wall, customize them in the app, connect your head unit to your TV and viola! You have a very high quality surround sound; My system is 5.1 and expandable. If you're an absolute audiophile, criticizing everything to the nth degree and not settling for something that's less than perfect and endlessly customizable, then you might look further, but if you like very good sound quality, you're lucky If You tune it, just enjoy it, and especially if your surround speaker wiring is a problem, this system may be for you. it was for me I love the overall sound, it can be tweaked to tweak the speaker outputs, you can tweak each channel, Improve voices and base, and he'll handle all the different Dolby audio ratings. One more note: not only is the sound strong and clear, I had no issues with any of the speakers picking up interference, static, or dropouts. I would definitely buy this again.
