Hatch never worked this well before

Super easy to install. I could definitely see how the cable connection could give some an issue but with a small mirror it was a snap. I will add make sure you give it a good spray lubricant when installing it. I put mine in then drove to a remote cabin on a long dusty road. The dust made it tough to use the latch handle and wouldn't open. So I took it apart, cleaned it then added a good lubricant, have not had an issue since.
