First, the packaging is cute and arrived in perfect condition. The mascara tube feels decently heavy compared to most other brands, but I'm not complaining. I've ordered mascara before and wasn't very impressed, but this one is amazing. I had trouble lifting and twisting the left side and it did so with no problem. Runs fine and hasn't failed yet!
