Poor quality control - ignition parts
Spring loaded detent plunger sticks and will not lock unit. The buzzer's spring-loaded contact also holds up and the buzzer doesn't turn off when the key is removed. In both cases I had to adjust the springs to make the insert work. The general build quality cannot be compared to the original component. Don't expect a plug and play component, be prepared to make adjustments to make it work. If this item fails I will order a replacement from Ford.
