Runs small I will not buy this item again. The fabric underneath the shirt is awful, when I wear a tank top under my shirt it bunches up which makes it very uncomfortable. I don't like this shirt, if I hadn't waited so long I would have sent it back. The shirt I bought was size XL and it's still tight. ***Update*** I've always had large breasts, I had a breast reduction almost four months ago. These shirts fit a lot better now. Shirts are much more comfortable and it's getting colder outside. I wear these shirts even more. I changed my 1 star to 5 stars. I bought black and white thermal underwear and they definitely keep me warm. Who would have thought that a breast reduction would change my mind. If you have large breasts, you may not like the seat.
