Broken after a year due to the weight of Google Wi-Fi

Broken after a year. I bought it in February 2020 for a Google Nest Wi-Fi router. Once I found my router on the table because the bracket was broken (see photo). There was no additional load on the mount, just the Google jack sat on it with no added weight or pressure. I'm hesitant to buy another one because I'm not sure if it was a fluke or if it's just not strong enough over time. A year seems very short.
