With side loading, the base can be easily separated from the metal body
Bought normally closed switches while 2 failed, the top broke off when I held the black base at the bottom to tighten the screw at the top. Any slight lateral stress on the plastic or the suspension and base releases from the torso. I use hot melt glue on the back of the panel to provide extra support.
