It is great that you can also place an order through Facebook Messenger now too! Not much. I like how easy it is to use, but it has not changed really in the years since its release. Just make sure you read everything when signing up. You will learn quickly what information is needed, and if anything looks odd/ wrong contact customer support immediately - they are super friendly and work closely together with our team members to ensure we're getting the most accurate data possible. We've used various methods over time to get orders into our POS system (including barcode scanners) but nothing else works better than Pmob.
