Great way for users & restaurants alike!!

The ability to order at your leisure, pick up or delivery. I have been using this app as my primary means of mobile restaurant orders since it came out in 2010. It is great that you can also place an order through Facebook Messenger now too! Not much. I like how easy it is to use, but it has not changed really in the years since its release. Just make sure you read everything when signing up. You will learn quickly what information is needed, and if anything looks odd/ wrong contact customer…

Great platform for ordering and managing orders from restaurants of all sizes

We can order food in our restaurant at any time, anywhere! The system is easy enough that even non techies like myself have been able use it without issue or training needed - which was nice because I'm not technical minded by nature but love working here so this helped me out immensely as well :) It would be great if they could add more features (ie having an option where you don't need your phone number) Also adding payment options other than credit cards has always proven difficult when…

  • This program allows us to make online orders from home instead of being limited with just what hours we work during lunch shifts etc meaning less downtime while making money too!!! Plus their customer service team works hard trying help get things done quickly!! They also offer free support via email & live chat all day everyday until 5pm CST ! So helpful !! And very knowledgeable people there who know
