All in all a really good baking mat. Since I've had it, I no longer have to collect the dough from the countertop. I like that the dough doesn't stick to the mat, it makes baking so much nicer. It's easy enough to clean, so no complaints here either. It folds up easily for storage and just as easily unfolds when it's time to use it. The only thing I would note is that at least some of the gram numbers are imprecise (e.g. flour is usually listed as 120g per cup, not 110g). That said, I didn't buy this mat to tell me how much the ingredients weigh - I bought it to keep the dough from sticking to the surface I'm working with and it's awesome at that, so am i very happy overall.
