Bought for "wing season" and it works GREAT! Use as directed and it will cook a batch of wings to perfection in 20-25 minutes! First, for some silly reason, it became difficult to find party chicken thighs and wings! Why? I can not tell you. I had to order a large quantity from the butcher. They don't seem to have a problem delivering them but my local big grocer can't get them! Anyway, I have homemade sauce for the wings that is passed down the family and during sports season I have friends and family. to the wing festival! This whirlwind makes cooking easier and more consistent! The wings are fried to perfection with a light crispy crust! I drop 20-25 on the kettle and take them out for 25 minutes and they are PERFECT! I've made up to 75 wings in one session and they all turned out GREAT! My question is, why didn't I buy this sooner?
