Review on 👶 Retractable Baby Gate by Dreambaby - Black - Fits Openings up to 55" (140cm) Wide - Model L943 by Jaime Pulley

Bought this to keep the dogs outside when we're away. The quality of the product is good and it is quite durable. As someone said in a previous review I would NOT use it at the top of the stairs if you are using it as a child's gate. The child could push it far enough to get under it and go down the stairs it would go down. I have dogs and teenagers. It's your own fault if you fall down the stairs :) It's a bit cumbersome to use, as you have to loosen it from one side and open it from the other side. It doesn't matter much, and it does because it snaps into place. I don't care, maybe someone else. Installation was easy but the instructions are terrible. With that in mind, anyone with a little install skill will have no problem. I have attached photos of my setup. This took about 15 minutes. A very nice feature of the installation are the supplied plastic templates. Bravo! As you can see in the photo I chose not to attach it to the baseboard so there is a small gap under the gate. In general I like it, I recommend it to friends!
