Whenever I want to redo a board with a large router I will always use this bit of style and quality. This is a heavy duty steel drill with four blades and a 1/2" shank. The drill's large, solid steel construction helps dissipate heat as the drill passes through the kerf. The design includes a small dome where the shank rests hits the bit body to eliminate vibration. This bit uses 4 interchangeable polished Tungsten Carbide (TC) teeth (supplied in the small foam packaging shown in Figure 1). Mount the carbide burs on the bit body. I like this one Style because I can rotate the cutters 180 degrees to reveal 2 new sharp edges.This doubles the value of the bit and I believe new cutters are available at an additional cost.for use with a powerful router or cnc machine .I would use such a large router table and make tiny incremental cuts since it is 2.5" overall diameter.
