Pretty expensive for what it is but there are some switches that cost twice as much. I have no real issues with build quality. They provide some "insert" tools that I have some thoughts on. switch puller; It is not very good. This is a thin piece of metal that cannot hold on. Therefore, it is very difficult to hold the switch correctly. And this makes it very easy to damage/scratch the outer case of the switch. A keycap remover is also cheap but works well (have a couple of the same keycap removers from other purchases as a throw). It works by sliding down the keycap. I don't prefer this method as it can scratch the keycap.
